Something New

Something New:

Trying a New Style of Photography

While messing around with last weeks homework assignment shooting textures and abstract, I decided to try a little "Fine Art" meets Simple "Modernism." The end result was a slew of images that captures objects in a way that you may not usually see and even just show the different details you normally miss, while leaving a lot for the imagination to look at and wonder and make your own interpretations of the object or photo. The grittiness of the photos I kept as much as i could to just give homage to the old film days where the photos would have a natural grit as well as to complement my rough persona as well. (From Left to Right, Top to Bottom: My daughters cup of milk, a cap for my old cologne, a Peter Frampton vinyl record, a cassette tape, the bottom of my hockey) stick.)
